i have learnt more computer skills and have gained more skilling on organising and handling
its ok i guess but you never know where you stand and rules change everyday
the apprenticeship work is organised however the actual job its self has no consistency what so ever, rules change everyday
managers are supportive but sometimes they dont listen to or work worries
whenever stuck on any work given by realise its very easy to ask and gain support
a lot of the work set out by the provider doesnt have much to do with what we actually do 9-5
there are a few company events such as nights out and gong for meals they also put fundraising days on for certain charities

if it wasnt an apprenticeship then maybe but they just dont listen
