  • analysing network faults, issuing jobs to engineers, i am trained in three different roles dig acr and fvr which all help a customer get back in to service

  • now i am getting more support however before our trainer was changed we didn't get much help

  • we dont do anything to do with our job role within our training through realise so it doesnt affect my job role

  • lots and lots of different activities we have on site from sports to photography music
