analysing network faults, issuing jobs to engineers, i am trained in three different roles dig acr and fvr which all help a customer get back in to service
i have learnt more It skills, how the network runs, learnt lots about cables and different boxes how do do dig , fvr and acr
i love my job, i've gained so much knowledge and confidence and skills
very organised and structured
i receve tons of support from my employer my my collueges are all supportive
now i am getting more support however before our trainer was changed we didn't get much help
we dont do anything to do with our job role within our training through realise so it doesnt affect my job role
lots and lots of different activities we have on site from sports to photography music
