I complete AUX jobs which have got stuck in the system because they require Traffic Management. I speak with engineers and 3rd party contractors daily via phone call and emails then update all systems.
Learnt the DIG and AUX skill and developed my organisational skills as you have to be organised to complete aux jobs.
I enjoty the programme but do not enjoy having three different people from realise in less than a year and the constant change of the job role.
I don't think its structed very well at all.
Support from manager is great and my realise trainer is very personable.
The qualification is in customer service but i do not speak to end users at all. I speak to engineers and third party contractors so unsure why its a customer service apprenticeship.
Different charity events and team events.
