handling all financial activities within the Branch Delivery Team . Planning , budgeting, forecasting, investment, payments and managing individual branch investment portfolios. Managing the cost, savings and potential financial risk for the overall years budget.
i am currently studying Level 7 CIMA Apprenticeship of which i will use my knowledge in my day to day operations of my role. I have learnt how to prepare financial analysis and forecast and present the financial data.
i enjoy my role and the things i am learning has been useful to the role that i am doing. i have support from my colleagues who have already obtain the level of the qualification and they are able to show me how i can apply my learning to the role
i have had good support from the team as a part of my induction and received all information, materials and web pages to get started. the programme is well organised and i have clear instructions of online classes and support groups that can support my learning
i have had good support and guidance from the our HR team, who has found the best course relevant to my skills and my role. My manager and colleagues have also been supportive giving me the time to studying and implement my learning within the role
i have been given great support and guidance from the team at Kaplan
having the theory and knowledge for my role has been very useful and has allowed me to add better analysis to my financial reporting and day to day accounting practices
there are a few local groups within the organisation that i can get involved with that will help my development. i am currently involved with the HR people hub user group and a part of a local team lunchtime fitness group
