My role is to help prevent fault rate in our copper and fibre network by building and planning a number of different jobs, from underground cable jobs to civil jobs.
Yes I have learnt how to plan a number of different jobs and also learnt how to do my own workstream as well as ACR and some FTTP
I enjoy my programme a lot as we are always learning, always someone there to help and the programme is rewarding
its at a good standard
I receive a lot of support, someone is always willing to help
At the start it wasn't the greatest but now with a change in structure I believe I get enough.
I believe our role is quite different so its hard to say how much the qualification does or actually will help with my role
because of covid its been hard but I believe in the future we will have more activities
