Supporting the Management team and supporting my Business Manager in day-to-day roles such as meeting admins, recognition, noting actions for the week, collaborating etc
I am now more proficient in Microsoft applications as my knowledge decreased after leaving school. I also am more confident speaking to new people and hosting business-wide zooms.
In comparison to my previous role, I am really enjoying my apprenticeship as the work is more interesting, everyone I work with is really nice, and I love the flexibility of working from home. I also can't wait to earn my qualification.
It is extremely structured so far. All of my tasks have clear deadlines and timescales for how long they will take to complete, and my trainer [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the RateMyApprenticeship Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions] has been in constant contact with me.
I receive plenty of support and am allowed 20% off the job learning time for my apprenticeship.
Lots of support.
I've only done a few tasks so far, but my last task was based all around my organization's purpose and vision, which has re-clarified the objectives of my role.
