  • Supporting the Management team and supporting my Business Manager in day-to-day roles such as meeting admins, recognition, noting actions for the week, collaborating etc

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • I am now more proficient in Microsoft applications as my knowledge decreased after leaving school. I also am more confident speaking to new people and hosting business-wide zooms.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • In comparison to my previous role, I am really enjoying my apprenticeship as the work is more interesting, everyone I work with is really nice, and I love the flexibility of working from home. I also can't wait to earn my qualification.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • It is extremely structured so far. All of my tasks have clear deadlines and timescales for how long they will take to complete, and my trainer [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the RateMyApprenticeship Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions] has been in constant contact with me.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I receive plenty of support and am allowed 20% off the job learning time for my apprenticeship.

  • Lots of support.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I've only done a few tasks so far, but my last task was based all around my organization's purpose and vision, which has re-clarified the objectives of my role.
