My role involves preventing fraud. I handle inbound calls from customers who may of faced loss on their account or some transactions may of flagged up on their bank account. I would confirm transactions with them and establish which transaction are genuine or fraudulent, If customers have faced loss on their account they i would raise a fraud case to recover the money they have lost. I enjoy helping vulnerable customers and preventing fraud. I am enjoying my new role.
I have learnt many new skills and developed new skills too, I have demonstrated my customer service skills by taking on average 30 to 40 calls a day. I have learnt how to handle calls in a telephony role. I am well mannered polite with customers on call and i have learnt how to control calls and signpost throughout the calls. I have learnt how to prioritize my work with my studies with the help of my manager and coach.
