  • I learnt lots of new skills in training for my job for personal development and computer skills.

  • I enjoy learning new things and improving myself.

  • I am always getting email and know clearly when I am supposed to do things. We have lots of zoom meeting where they give us the information that we need.

  • I have a manager that I can go to for any questions that I have and will be able to sort things out for me when I need it.

  • I have been given a advisor that I can speak to and will give me advice during the course.

  • Learning the theory allows us to feel more confident in the job role and putting what we have learnt into practice.

  • They have lots of social activities that they email about. there are different meet ups, events and things that can be done to benefit the community and charity.

  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • The company keeps us up to date with changes as they happen. Gives us time to do apprenticeship work and does extra things for the community.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to NatWest?
  • I would advise being open and friendly. Make sure they engage in the assessment days and onboarding process. There is a real opportunity to learn new skills.
