I am a telephony agent and give help and support to customers on the phone.
I learnt lots of new skills in training for my job for personal development and computer skills.
I enjoy learning new things and improving myself.
I am always getting email and know clearly when I am supposed to do things. We have lots of zoom meeting where they give us the information that we need.
I have a manager that I can go to for any questions that I have and will be able to sort things out for me when I need it.
I have been given a advisor that I can speak to and will give me advice during the course.
Learning the theory allows us to feel more confident in the job role and putting what we have learnt into practice.
They have lots of social activities that they email about. there are different meet ups, events and things that can be done to benefit the community and charity.
Yes
The company keeps us up to date with changes as they happen. Gives us time to do apprenticeship work and does extra things for the community.
I would advise being open and friendly. Make sure they engage in the assessment days and onboarding process. There is a real opportunity to learn new skills.
