My role is an account exec I handle to the day to day activites of a few accounts by creating endorsements, eoc's, coc's billing etc.
I feel I am learning new skills everyday form using internal programmes such as DMS and Servicehub but also always developing how i construct my emails to be more professional and efficient.
The company and my team have exceeded my expectations of how helpful and supportive they would be and have enjoyed every minute working with them. I feel that the apprenticeship side could provide more face to face support
I would say the programme is well organised how ever they do not take into account any delays if you fail exams or have busy periods in work
I am always in access to support whether it be my line manager or anyone in my team. The Growth company however could increase their support by being more responsive and communicative.
Not a lot - just the sessions are not enough and not informative enough. They are just read from the book which is already provided to us.
LM1 i feel was very helpful due to the information about slips etc. The rest I havent foud too helpful for example M92 finance equations
There is a surplus amount of activities in which i could get involved in sports wise and im always invited to company events
