My role involves many tasks and challenges, which can range from scheduling workshops to shadowing and carrying out audits.
I develop many new skills on a daily basis, while developing existing skills. An example of a new skill that I have learnt over the course of my apprenticeship so far is developing collaborative relationships while networking.
There has been a clear lay out from day one in future and current plans for the programme and I am excited to see where the next steps can take me.
Everyone is friendly and always willing to help you out no matter how big or small the task is.
There are many activities that you can get involved in at work, such as volunteering to make our community a cleaner place.
