Online work experience which involves networking with likeminded students . I was able to learn about hsbc and it’s inclusivity and diversity policies as well as gaining a deeper understanding of what the banking industry involved. I learnt about the different pathways into banking other than the traditional university route.
Networking and banking relations : The Banking Experience (or client experience) is the sum of all interactions a customer perceives along the entire customer journey when interacting with a bank or financial institution. I learnt about facts such as HSBC is one of the world's largest banking and financial services organisations. We serve approximately 40 million customers through our global businesses: Wealth and Personal Banking, Commercial Banking, and Global Banking & Markets.
Very useful and enjoyable. I had the opportunity to network with likeminded students - I was able to take away important information- an understanding of the work environment and what employers expect of their workers. an opportunity to explore possible career options. increased self-understanding, maturity, independence and self-confidence. Very useful impacts from the experience

It not only aids in the proper assignment of jobs to suitable employees but also keeps track that there is no waste of resources and efforts due to duplication of work. with it being an online virtual experience it was very organised
