Very well organised with a week full of interesting workshops and group work

A lot. About how hsbc operate and what it means to work there. This included valuing diversity and differences in opinion whilst still getting the job done

Quite a bit as it allowed me to affirm my aspirations to work in finance in the future

Yes, through virtual interaction with members of the hsbc workforce across all departments and sectors of the company.

Yes

A diverse company with a welcoming culture. It was very pleasing to work there and as a result I rlly gained a lot from this programme

10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to HSBC?

Be yourself in the interview. Be clear in your answers on the lessons you’ve learnt and how this improved your skills - you don’t have to get every situation “correct”!
