  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • My role of a travel adviser involves a lot of tasks not just selling holidays. You book peoples first ever trip away, weddings, protect them with insurance etc. Seeing their faces light up when you tell them it's booked is so rewarding. We also solve problems this makes our customers feel wanted .
