As a trainee in PwC we get coached by the In-charge or Senior Associates and assigned to different areas for us to provide audit quality work.
Yes, as this year was my second placement with PwC i have learnt and developed existing skills as this will help me in my future progress and career.
Even though our programme is very stressful, i enjoy my programme and the work experience i get from it.
Our programme is very structured/organised as every year our first semester is at university, and the second semester is at PwC gaining the work experience.
We get support from our employer, as every time we have questions they are trying to help and explain things out. However, sometimes they are very busy and we acknowledge that.
When working towards our qualifications our training providers trying to help us and give us a guidance and revision sessions in order to help us achieve our qualifications.
Helps me to perform better in my role as i have more confidence to achieve.
Yes, as working with PwC i have attended many social activities with other flying start students, lunch with the team and going out together.

PwC is one of the big four companies. I would definitely recommend this to a friend since, everyone in PwC is very friendly, trying to help each other out and work to achieve the best result out of it.
