It involved talks from senior employees at HSBC. We had group tasks to do and really got an understanding of how HSBC operate as a company. We learnt a lot about the roles of different departments at HSBC.
Improved my communication skills, my thought processing and overall knowledge of HSBC as a company.
I loved every day I spent at HSBC, it was so much fun to learn more about the bank and meet everyone. Overall, the experience was enjoyable.
The work experience was well thought out, I could tell a lot of planning had gone into organising for example the time out some employees’ day in order for them to share their experiences and allow us to learn.
I learnt a lot about HSBC as a company, their strong morals and their ambitions for the future.
The work experience made me realise that I was really interested in this field of career, and in the future I would love to work in the Finance and Banking industry.
No money was exchanged throughout the experience, but I feel I was paid in knowledge!
