We got to hear from various professionals and they helped us to advance our skills. These included interview prep, CV prep, skills assessment prep and a few more areas. We also got feedback on our projects and had to interact with 3 zoom teams throughout the session.

I mostly enjoyed it. It met my expectations, but it was online which limited the quality of the experience despite partaking as much as I could. Zoom teams were incredibly awkward and it was hard to start conversations.
Very well organised, with a good programme structure. It only lost connection once.
We learnt about diversity and inclusion policies which did help me to feel the evolution of finance and banking away from the more male-dominated and conservative sector.
Very helpful, getting employees perspectives helped me to gain an insight into a real career in finance.
