Greatly enjoy the fact we get a student experience as well as the full benefits of being a full time PwC employee. The salary and fee payment is a huge factor in how great the program is
Perfectly. The fact we only do a 10 week placement in the summer means that I get the chance to be a full time university student and get the full university experience; splitting uni lif eand work life for a great work life balance.
Loads. Employee Assistance Programme, free therapy & counselling, 24 hour mental health hotline, private healthcare. Buddy at work and regular check ins whilst at University.
As a full time student, I recieve all the benefits of being a student: personal tutor, tutorials, labs, drop in sessions with lecturers, etc.
Personally, the role I perform at PwC is not too linked to the degree programme. My role at PwC is report writing, client facing work. Whereas my work at University is technical: maths and coding. I enjoy separating the two.
