Yes- in my 6 months here I have learnt a variety of skills which have come about due to the training courses I've atteneded, the actual apprenticeship and my day-to-day work.
I emjoy working with my team, working with new people, meeting new people, travelling to different places and doing tasks I have never done.
Yes, I'm always been asked for my opinion on many things, which is appreciated.
There is a lot of structure to the programme; we have regualr meetings which are usually adhered to, when we firsdt joined we got lots of information and felt very welcomed.
Hardly any- when given assignments we are never told what do to and given very little help with them. There is minimal contact unless there is a milestone approaching. I do enjoy the release days though, even tho some claim they're a waste of time.
A lot, my manager supports me and so do people in my team.
very well- healthy salary
Yes- there are plenty of social events we're able to take part in. I regularly play football and go out with work mates (mainly from the apprenticeship) regularly
