Listen into meetings, study for apprenticeship, send/receive emails, set up meetings with both internal and external stakeholders
How to write emails and how to network with people.
I enjoy it very much although i feel as though i could be doing more work. I have a great manager that supports me and the apprenticeship has met my expectations
My job role is relatively structured with daily meetings etc. but the teaching from BPP was originally poorly organised. It is also unclear what is expected from us while studying for them - over complicated instructions
My manager has a great attitude with supporting me through my apprenticeship
There are coaching review sessions but they do not happen often enough to discuss any help needed, however if there is an issue my coach has been good at replying to emails
I feel that it has helped me a lot and vice-versa. I can see what I have learned play out in real time. Similarly, things I have seen but not understood originally, I now can having been taught
There was a social networking event however there hasnt been much due to the pandemic
Yes
They are supportive to your learning and most people that work there are willing to help with any queries or issues you may have.
When preparing for interview you must look up their CPC behaviours as that is what they will tailor their questions around. Onboarding can take a very long time depending on what you apply to, also with very little communication
