    9/10

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • My job role is relatively structured with daily meetings etc. but the teaching from BPP was originally poorly organised. It is also unclear what is expected from us while studying for them - over complicated instructions

  • My manager has a great attitude with supporting me through my apprenticeship

    10/10

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • There are coaching review sessions but they do not happen often enough to discuss any help needed, however if there is an issue my coach has been good at replying to emails

  • 9a. Would you recommend NatWest to a friend?
  • Yes

  • 9b. Why?
  • They are supportive to your learning and most people that work there are willing to help with any queries or issues you may have.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to NatWest?
  • When preparing for interview you must look up their CPC behaviours as that is what they will tailor their questions around. Onboarding can take a very long time depending on what you apply to, also with very little communication
