  • I have developed my skills in excel alot. Also, have improved my communication skills too.

  • I enjoy the idea of working whilst studying and getting paid for it all. Also, the culture at the company is great as everyone has been very welcoming and helpful to begin with.

  • My programme is quite well structured as we are given dates for everything well in advance hence are able to plan accordingly.

  • Support is available literally anywhere at EY. Everyone is willing to help: Your counsellor, buddy, seniors, managers etc

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • The training provider has given us some useful resources along with providing college for us.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • The things we learn in college generally relate to our working day, so yes it does help to an extent.

  • Yes there are. I also take part in some communities too, which are faith and rank based

  • EY is a brilliant place to begin your career at because there is always support available to you that you'll definitely be in need of at the start of your journey. You'll also make some good friends and work with some excellent people along the way.

  • Be yourself, be honest, and show the assessors that you are enthusiastic and bring value to the table!
