A typical day consists of something different than the previous. Every day is a new challenge which makes the company unique to work with.
Certainly. I first heard of AWE when my previous employer mentioned they had a outstanding training academy and was recommended by several individuals to apply.
Unimaginable, it has changed my life entirely.
Great. The first 18 months of an engineering apprenticeship is based in a Skills Academy which is an entertaining educational environment.
AWE has been great for me personally. I feel as if I can talk to my line manager about anything and I do.
Instructors are competent, skilled, and the facilities at the college are great.
Some of the units, in my qualification, are slightly different than my job role hence the lower score. I believe that they could be more relevant.
Large quantity of social activities between colleagues, such as pub quizzes, football 5-a-side, etc.
Yes
I actually enjoy coming to work. No other company I've worked with beforehand has given me that.
Be yourself and use all of the advantages that the company offers.
