Doing jumpers, test toning fibres at node. General splicing, and introducing 144 and 432 cables into the nodes. Wrapping and splicing.
The new skills I have learned are being able to strip different types of cables. Also how to run hydras from the head end to the ODF and wrapping away fibres into the trays.
I enjoy every bit of the program
Very well organised.
Full support from my employer. As I have been provided training and also fuel paid for driving to training centres and back.
I have 9 workshops in total, each workshop are to help me with my apprenticeship and towards finishing my goal.
I feel it helps me to an extent, but as I am an trainee I feel it hinders me slightly as somethings in the apprenticeship is not really clear.
Yes professional company meetings.

Great company to work for and great deals.
