i am a retail apprentice this involves selling holidays daily and helping customers find the perefct holiday. I also sell travel insurance to my customers. i am a team player by completing daily tasks such as window deals. I have a responsibility of looking after instore customers and being a team worker
I have gained confidence alot more and sellinmg techniques more. i am better and confident at closing a sale and always know how great instore service is
I enjoy my programme as i have a ver supportive assesor [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the RateMyApprenticeship Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions] LONG who i have monthyly calls with and she is always there when inneed her . I have very fun and interesting travel consultant work which is fab and great to completeth tasks .
very organised i get monthly calls and 30 hours a month work load to get my apprentice bits complete and support cals and reviews aswelll.
i receieve alot of support from my employer and the company as a whole alot of recognition aswell.

It gives me alot of confidence and le\rning along the way is also fab , tasks i complete and the online training modules too.
