Yes, I have developed both technical, business and personal skills. I completed internal training courses, external qualifications and independent training.
I have thoroughly enjoyed my final work placement. Though in the same company I was placed in a different team based in London. I have enjoyed the work, team and culture
The organisation has been severely lacking on my course - both from the uni side and the work placement side.
I receive some support from a central apprenticeship team on a termly basis. There are several contacts provided to reach out for support within the firm.
I have not worked towards any substantial qualifications but I have been given ample time to complete training
the two are very unrelated and I have not had much opportunity to implement any learning at work.
