Essentially I have the same life as any other university student with the benefits of being employed.
My placement hasn't started yet, but when it does i will update my answer
I do enjoy my programme, we have termly sessions with our PWC advisor and it's a great opportunity to ask questions and express any doubts that you may have.
It has been structured perfectly, I am able to live my student life during the term and then for the first two years of my course, just work and gain valuable experience over the summer.
I do receive a lot of support from my employer, but also from my liaison at my university.
My university (training provider), supports me a lot, I have weekly 20 minutes sessions with my "form group", where we discuss anything that is bothering us.
I think the constant check up by my training provider helps me to not fall behind on work.
So my employer has regular social events to allow us apprentices to get to know each other, I play football at my university.
Yes
There isn't in my opinion any cons, just pros.
My best tip when applying to PWC is to research a lot about them, so that you have a clear understanding of how PWC operates.
