Day to day I am involved with looking at reports and dealing with customers requests/ queries
The one big thing I have developed in my first placement is my excel skills which have drastically improved
I really enjoy the variety that this apprenticeship gives you as you get to move around into different teams and experience different departments
The apprenticeship is very well organised and not had any problems with it so far. And the structure is also great as you get to move around the business
The support system is great as there is always a number of people to speak to if you have any questions about the course
The training can sometimes be a second priority to your actual work but usually you can get a good balance and ask for support if needed
The stuff you learn is quite interesting but some of it doesn’t seem very relevant in our roles in the business

Yes
I would recommend this apprenticeship because it does offer you the opportunity to get stuck in with lots of different from day one. So you can really get a feel for what working at a company so large feels like
Research the company before you get to the interview as they are more than likely to ask you some questions about the company and the role you have applied for.
