Working in an engineering eventment working on multiple contacts producing a vast variety of components on conventional/CNC milling machines and lathes.
I have the the intial basics of machinig and further developed my skills to be able to produe higly complex components
i throughly enjoy my programme as it has given me the opportutiy tio experience many different parts or such a large company.
well structured but could do with a few tweaks in regards to paperwork
i recieve lots of support from employer mmainly from my local management who support me through the job every step of the way
my training provider have set out avery well structured and organised plan so that work is easily managable.
as my qulifcation is specific to my area of work it allows me to be able to move on to bigger things if desired in the future.
the outward bound is a team building exercise where you spend a week in lake district getting to know your team.
