I support function for planning team(sickness/training cover), support function for teams regarding filing, printing, laminating and H&S files, ensure contractor permits are correctly issued and paperwork is correct, ensuring master spreadsheets are up to date and correct.
I have developed my confidence since being in this apprenticeship and I have learnt lots of new skills such as time management .
I enjoy my programme very much I am always learning new things and the people I work with are amazing and so supportive.

Everything I do in my job role I can put towards every day life, such as time management, organisation, speaking to new people etc.

I believe this is an amazing company to work for. It is hard work and challenging but it is such a privilege learning all these new things and getting to do them. You also make lots of new friends.
