to manage staff tasks as well as maintain store standards whilst effectively working stock
yes i have learnt and developed a lot
i enjoy the new things i am learning and enjoy putting them into practise
it is very well organised and always planned ahead
i recieve a good amount of support from my managers and senior supervisor
i always receive any help i need if i struggle with something
it gives me more of an understanding to why we do certain things allowing me to pass it on to others
yes occasionally we have social activities between some of us

it provides a good opportunity to develop as well as treating employees fairly
