I currently am studying the relevant qualifications needed for me to complete me A-License course to work on aircraft for BAE Systems, right now I am getting involved in hands on practice to further my hand skills before gaining said qualification. Which I am very much enjoying to say the least
I am furthering hand skills given to me through previous work placements
I am thoroughly enjoying absolutely everything about this apprenticeship, the staff are amazing and supportive along with all of my work colleagues. I also believe in everything BAE Systems stands for
There have been times where things get set off track in regards to the programme however it is nothing that the company can be to blame for and they bounce back very well from unforeseen circumstances.
*The reason i have given an 8 is due to the fact that personally i haven't required support as such my self, however i know other colleagues have received it and have come away with gleaming thoughts. How ever it is always made plain by supporting members of staff that if needed we can always approach them for any issue.
The training received from tutors is next to none inside this building
From only having started this qualification a few months ago it is hard to say that the qualification its self is helping me perform better but i am constantly learning new ways of improving my hands on skills inside the workshop
This is something i cannot comment on as i am unsure to what extent there is on offer, however due to the current living circumstances through the business, i am able to access the gym here free of charge which is a huge bonus
Yes
Because, BAE Systems is a company that wants to see individuals succeed and being a part of a company that has this attitude really brings the best out of me
Be your self, BAE Systems want the person, the skills come afterwards.
