My role is a risk analyst within the IT audit team. My day to day job includes going out to client sites, carrying out data testing on journals, payroll & sales data, and looking at controls around revenue etc.
Am 1/3 of the way through my ACA exams and am also registered to sit my CISA exam later this year.
Really enjoy the team and people I work with. Great social side as well as work.
Feel hugely valued within the team, managers and directors make an effort to communicate and help you if needed. Support is always there for exams if necessary also.
We have a clear structure of the 5 years, when we will be sitting exams/when we will be in college etc.
BPP provide a lot of support online and in college.
Huge support for employer regarding any personal issues, work issues or exam issues. Everyone has a counselling manager who they can go to if they need support.
Pay is good for a school leaver programme and also goes up every year.
Lots of socials and worldwide company events such as European football tournaments. Each team also volunteers within the community. Also option to join many sports teams within the firm.

Because it is a friendly and fun place to work who support you well while you are learning / working.
Be confident during the interview as being able to talk to other people is key as you will spend a lot of your time talking to clients.
