My day to day role is that of supporting project engineers and managers in the planning, preparation and installation of ship-borne modifications
I have gained a HNC, HND and am working towards a level 4 NVQ. I have had plenty of hands on learning experiences in many different areas of engineering
I enjoy the programme though it isn't always the most exciting
The programme is very well organised, and during the Covid-19 pandemic the company was quick to reorganise for the distance learning and working
I receive all the support I require
As much as I ask for
I feel as if the qualification consists of useful to know things, but i have at no point put any of my learning from the qualifications into use
There are, yes, too many to list here
Yes
they are impressive employers who are always helpful, and the experiences and opportunities you get are second to none
just be yourself
