I go into the office and get given different roles every day
I have learnt a lot about technology and how to act in a work place
I enjoy the people I work with but I don’t like that apprentices on site seem to get forgotten about weather that’s we don’t get given work to do or don’t get as much care and support than people in collage do
My first placement was not organised at all my placement manager found out a day before I came that I was coming my new placement is more structured but there is still days I am given no work and have nothing to do
The most support I get is from my placement manager and skills coach
Not undertook any yet
It helps a lot
No.
Yes
Because it is a good company which I’m proud to work for I just think things with apprentices need to be improved as I have just came from school so did not expect to be thrown into a work place with hardly any support
Not to be disappointed if you don’t get in first time just keep trying
