Everyday we are involved in the movement and handling of any material moving throughout the business
Whilst in my apprenticeship, I have come out of my shell and my communication skills have improved
I enjoy my programme a lot and hope to further this following the apprenticeship
BAE Systems is a very well structured and organised business
There is always support available when needed and no prompt is need for managers and mentors to check in with you and discuss progress
The support for bettering your learning is second to none
Being able to work on the job helps understand what a logistics operative will do on a day to day basis
There is always something to do outside of work when it comes to say arranged football teams or setting up careers fairs
Yes
BAE is a great way to set up your life. Even if you complete your qualification and want to go into something else
Be patient. The application process is long and takes months, but don't let that dishearten you
