    • Since joining Bae systems through an apprenticeship I have developed all my key people skill such as team building and communication

    • I’m very satisfied with my program and the opportunity’s it has to offer

    • They programme is very organise and easy to flow the work that has been set eg assignments and class work

    • Bae is a very supportive business and offers us many different types of support from the work we do through to home life

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

    • I believe I get the full support thst I need to complete the corse as all the tutors are filled qualified and explain each task in depth

    • Yeah I believe it does as I get both on hand work in the workshop thst links to my job

    • Yeah bar provides man’s different opportunities such at progressing in your role and extra curricular activities

    • Yes

  • 9b. Why?

    • Because they are a very large very well known company that provides all the support that an apprenticeship should have

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to BAE Systems?

    • Not really other than just if you don’t get in first time re apply as it’s an opportunity you don’t want to miss up on
