Since joining Bae systems through an apprenticeship I have developed all my key people skill such as team building and communication
I’m very satisfied with my program and the opportunity’s it has to offer
They programme is very organise and easy to flow the work that has been set eg assignments and class work
Bae is a very supportive business and offers us many different types of support from the work we do through to home life
I believe I get the full support thst I need to complete the corse as all the tutors are filled qualified and explain each task in depth
Yeah I believe it does as I get both on hand work in the workshop thst links to my job
Yeah bar provides man’s different opportunities such at progressing in your role and extra curricular activities

Because they are a very large very well known company that provides all the support that an apprenticeship should have
Not really other than just if you don’t get in first time re apply as it’s an opportunity you don’t want to miss up on
