  • Understanding the diffrent ways of communicating better with individuals non verbal and verbal with diffrent needs to provide the best person centered care. I also take on that the team I work with is important to talk and communicate properly and make sure the information passed on is accurate.

  • Very much I had a lovely assessor who help me so much and so helpful.

  • It was good my appointments with my assessor for the days we had to do work was always when they were suppose to be, and we knew what we had to go over or complete.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • At the time of doing my level 3 apprenticeship I received great support this time round than previously when I did my level 2.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • My training assessor at the time of doing my level 3 was really great! We always kept to appointments on the dates we set and she was very lovely and so helpful with everything.

  • Good communication we always kept in contact stuck to appointments for calls and facetime and

  • Try to Be flexible as its shift work. The best part is working with residents and learning new skills and learning so many diffrent complex skills with individuals who have diffrent complex needs.
