Yes, new IT skills as well as personal behavioural skills.
I enjoy my programme a lot at the moment as the work my placement are giving me is taylord to me and my skills. I am leading with projects and it is a really nice environment.
Well organised; i am always aware of when my reviews and placement changes are.
I receive regular catch up and support from my employer such as my line manager and skills coach.
Since training is online it is difficult to engage however i think i am receiving the right amount of support in terms of getting my degree so far.
So far the project management degree has not become relevant to my specific placements, however the soft skills and some of the knowledge is helping me develop in placement.
Yes stem and stretch activities.
