  • The care centre I work at doesn't value it's staff very much and many are leaving


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Barchester?
  • Understand that you have to work as best you can in the situation you are in - not enough staff and recognise that you can't change things that you might want to because this is the way the care centre works
