My role involves managing all IT equipment ensuring all equipment is functioning properly and is available to be used again for new users and to ensure IT operations and processes are run smoothly and efficiently.
I have learnt many different new skills along with developing existing skills that I had.
I really enjoy the program. It has allowed me to keep my interest in IT strong and has kept me constantly intrigued to learn more and develop myself.
The program is structured exceptionally allowing for plenty of time to gather skills and knowledge within the workplace and also outside through the qualification.
I have been supported continuously from my employer ensuring that everything is going fine and that I shall feel free to ask questions and help whenever needed. I have felt very welcome!!
I receive a lot of support from my provider as helping me with study plans and how to best tackle a subject along with any other concerns that I may have.
It helps me to look at the role in a more technical and analytical perspective allowing me to create better and smoother processes along with managing the IT equipment and solutions a lot easier.
There are plenty social activities at work such as away days, events and general evenings out with colleagues.
