Work as a Team to discuss the work day ahead, Complete EGAs relating to the audit. We also spend a lot of time discussing with the client to obtain documents and support.
My excel skills have massively improved over the course of the placement. Communication is also a skill that has developed over my time at PWC as it is crucial for an efficient working environment.
I enjoy the daily challenge that working at PWC brings, working as a team is definitely a highlight as it makes the day a lot more enjoyable.
The Flying Start Degree Program is very well structured. It is clearly explained during your time at university and is set out to still allow you to enjoy your university experience.
There is a wide range of support available, When you join PWC you are firstly assigned a career coach that is there to answer any questions you may have in your time there. You can also contact dedicated teams and your managers.
Almost the entire course is fully supported by the University, with the majority of our professional qualifications coming from In-university exams.
The training provided a baseline of experience to be applied into the working environment. My skills were much more developed through the actual work experience itself.
Due to the Covid - 19 pandemic, the social opportunities were slightly limited. However since the lifting of restrictions there has been regular activities with the office as a whole.
