Monday to Wednesday I have normal working days learning and completing units such as business improvement techniques, fitting, electrical and carbon fibre. On Thursdays i have college and at the moment am learning health and safety and electronics.
Leadership, collaboration, adaptability, courage, inspiring other, integrity.
I think the program is excellent, very diverse , thorough and broad.
Some specific tutors could do with more time to prepare for the next group as it feels they don't but most resources, templates and applications are readily available.
Masses of support is provided and even more available if needed. It is clear who to go to if you need additional support and what measures will be enforced to help you.
With the work itself there isn't as much support in place its more research what you don't know but if you need to there is always someone to ask weather it be your skills coach, line manager or colleague.
I feel my qualification will be great for BAE specific rolls however, if leaving BAE im not sure how they will compare to A levels.
There is very little extra-curricular activities and if there is it is not made obvious or made clear.
Yes
