Support worker who encourages and promotes adults with learning disabilities to lead a happy independent life. Support given varies with each service user, it includes; personal care, medication administration, shopping, cooking, cleaning, listening to them, chatting with them, social activities
I have become an acting senior and learnt many new skills including booking and ordering medication, how to liase with other healthcare professionals
Enjoyed learning and growing as a person through it
I was 'forgotten' about for 5 months but then it ran smoothly and structured
