I am set tasks to complete throughout the week, these are to improve and fix any existing systems
Yes, my knowledge and understanding on software implementation has increased whilst on this apprenticeship.
I thoroughly enjoy my programme
Very well organised, I know what I am doing every day of the week
I have lots of opportunities to receive support from my employer, either for work, university or my diploma
The support available at university is good but not as good as at work, due to lecturers being 'too busy' with other things
It gives me knowledge on different aspects of software engineering, preparing me for when it occurs at work
Yes, there are lots of extra-curricular activities, such as a football team, band etc
Yes
They are a very good and helpful employer that provide the knowledge and experience needed to complete tasks set, but also provide facilities to help with life in the future. (pension scheme, shares scheme etc)
Don't hesitate to express yourself and your beliefs, as it is a very inclusive employer.
