I really enjoy the programme, lots of useful information with the training for the role.
The programme is very well structured and organised, it is well paced for the amount of work.
my manager and assessor are excellent for support and allow me total flexibility to complete the work.
I have received lots of support from my assessor, she is always a message away if I need her.
I feel it is a great help as it expands my knowledge and I can use this within my role. I also have increased confidence when dealing with certain situations.
