Export shipper - logistics based role where we plan sending Nestle goods across the Globe. Which also requires us to provide documentation and dealing with market queries.
Dealing with key stakeholders and being able to adapt in pressurizing situations. Something I knew was my weakness has now turned into my strength.
Really enjoy all aspects of the apprenticeship, both university and job role side. Also interacting with members on the cohort and members off Nestle.
Really organised, before starting I got a clear run down off how the 3 years would look like and what I am too expect.
A lot of support, any concerns or questions I able to get in touch with my employer and ask them.
I have plenty of catch calls to assess my progress towards my qualifications and whether I require any support to help me gain my qualifications.
It helps because if I'm unsure of different departments in Nestle, the qualification helps looking at those gaps to get my knowledge up.
A lot of work goes towards having good relationships with people in the academy, whether that's team building exercises or even doing career fairs for interested candidates to apply for.
