  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • we get a good amount of support academically but it can depend on the instructor delivering the teaching such as if they want to simplify things we may need to remember rather than attempting to memorise entire pages. But we get good amounts of training support when doing practical work

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I feel like qualifications will help me feel far more confident and ready, especially the practical tasks. but for the modules I feel half, as you memorise many things for the exam and then after that you forget most of it afterwards, and the pass mark is slightly too high.
