My role consists of doing different things everyday, this could be cleaning the store to make it look nice or just appealing. another thing i could be doing is learning something new as im still learning for this job everyday. this all new and exciting to me, i cant wait.
ii have learnt some news skills since starting this job and they will all help me to do thing right in my career, this has been taking payments and booking holidays for my customers. i try to make as many people as i can happy as that is my aim every day.
I enjoy my programme as this give me new oppotunities to learn each day and make me a busy person. i am learning and getting new knowledge everyday too. this all exciting to me and hopefully everyone else who is an apprentice. i am glad i am able to do this every day.
My programme is well structered to fit what i need to know and learn every day, there are thing that have to be there to fit my learning skills and my dyslexia. they set me jobs and a routine every day with new jobs and the same ones that i know about.
I receive enough if i need it or when they see me stuggling, they help where they can and when they can as my store is a busy store. they all help each other as well which is what ive seen as well, this us useful for when i need it and get stuck.
My training provider helps me whenever i need it as i get stuck alot on certain things such as my time log and sometimes knowing what to write so it sounds right. i have daily communication with my trainer and she makes sure i know what i need to do and what is righ.
This will help me to get further into the carrer that i want and even give me more oppotunitites, there is also my maths so that will help me process things quicker and better in how i do daily things as i use maths every day for everything i do.
At my work place we havent got extra activites but i think we should as this would help to have more of a bond than just in work and gives us something to look foward to after working hours and just being able to talk to them without them being in work.
Yes
Well i would recommend the company to others as they are company that thrive of there customers happines and try to put everything in place for them to have a perfect holiday. they would put the customers needs first as they are important to the company as well and thats out found smile.
when applying to this business you should make sure that you are in a good position to be able to talk straight t them and get your words out properly, you should also look smart enough for the interveiw. this can be scary but as long as you seem confidetn youll be fine.
