My job includes stocking a trolley, stripping rooms, cleaning bathrooms, making beds, dusting, cleaning windows, vacuum cleaning, changing the cups and the glasses and adding consumable.
I've learned to do all the things above quicker.
I do like it as I learn new things which helps me boost my confidence,
I think it well organised. It has both theoretical and practical part to help understand better what you have learnt.
Anytime I asked them a question regarding my apprenticeship, they have given me an answer.
I can rely on her whenever I have a problem /question.
It doesn't help me to perform better but it makes me more knowledgeable and this boosts my confidence. Also I understand better the hospitality business and how it works. This would help me in my career development.

I would tell them that this is a great company to develop your career. In order to do that you have to be devoted, consistent and friendly to your colleagues and you won't go unnoticed.
