My role involves finding customers their dream holiday. through knowledge, skill and customer service
Lots of customer service skills, increased my confidence massively
I love it, i am always learning something new. Every day is different.
Being my stores first apprentice, it was new for everyone. So getting organised took some getting used to.

Everyone is extremely friendly and open to help me through my apprenticeship at all points.
I would recommend anyone applying to be prepared to be thrown into the deep end, bust high street shop. Ask for help when needed.
