Completing software engineering tasks as part of a team. This involves all stages of software life cycle, such as requirements, development and testing, working on real life projects
Learnt many different skills from moving around the business through different courses and experiences. Such as patience from bug fixing and lean procedures from an ELLA Course
Very much so, excellent culture throughout the business and exceeds expectations
Program is well structured to support real life work experiences while getting qualifications
A lot of support from managers and mentors as they see you as the future

Allows me to put the theory into practise helping me understand it more
